Miami Pool House features three main buildings – the Pool House, the Loft, and the Cottage – centered around a Palm Springs-inspired pool. The pool area is a vibrant and colorful oasis, with pink-and-white pool tiles, yellow-and-blue striped day beds, and tropical-print loungers. The space offers live music daily and a weekend market featuring art and food stalls from member-owned businesses.
Design Inspiration: A Nod to History and Culture
The design of the Miami Pool House pays homage to the area’s rich history, with floral prints and bold colors that nod to the neighborhood’s Puerto Rican heritage. The three structures on the one-acre property have a fascinating history of their own, with the Pool House having once been a 1940s printing factory, the Loft a 1960s machine shop, and the Cottage a Sears kit home from 1926.
The Miami Pool House’s main restaurant is helmed by executive chef Andrea Cavaliere, offering small bites and larger plates with a focus on local seafood. The menu also includes outdoor dining options and poolside bites. The property also features a communal workspace in the Loft and a coffee and snack bar in the Cottage. The Cottage transforms into a pop-up dining experience featuring a rotating roster of chefs and restaurants, including chef Deborah de Corral’s Tigre.
